This workshop familiarizes participants with mass fatality response plans and how they differ for transportation, criminal, and natural disasters. Participants will also learn about state and federal resources for mass fatalities and disaster response. Protocols and policies for data management and victim identification will be discussed. Real life examples such as Hurricanes Irma, the Haiti Earthquake, Pulse Nightclub, Las Vegas, & San Bernardino Shootings, will be discussed.
