Human Remains Recovery

Upon completion of this course students should be able to:

• Locate, map, and measure surface skeletal remains
• Identify differences between recent and extended clandestine graves
• Learn how to probe and core to identify margins of clandestine graves
• Systematically map and excavate clandestine graves
• Establish minimum number of individuals

This is a labor intensive, hands-on, outdoor class. Be sure to wear appropriate working attire (t-shirts and long pants) and closed-toe shoes.
