Each student will get practice using super glue fuming techniques to gather fingerprints in the field. This course covers how to purchase proper fuming equipment for their law enforcement agency.

- The purpose of using Cyanoacrylates
- Identifying the correct way to use Cyanoacrylates
- How to gather fingerprint evidence in the field
- How to obtain good results
- The best way to capture latent print evidence after the fuming process
- How to ensure safety of personnel while collecting evidence
Demonstrations & Exercises Include:
- Vacuum fuming demonstration and dye staining.
- Heat generation demonstration and hands-on participation.
- Powdering fumed prints demonstration and hands-on participation.
