Medicolegal Death Investigation

In this 3-day Medicolegal Death Investigation course, students will learn:

• Examination of the victim(s) within the crime scene
• Crime scene examination and initial reconstruction
• Postmortem interval estimation
• Trauma analysis and examination of injuries
• Pronouncement of death and autopsy of the victim(s)
• Report writing and court preparation
• Courtroom testimony for the investigator

Please wear appropriate work attire with closed toes shoes as this is a hands-on class
